Welcome to Oriarc. By using our service, you agree to abide by applicable laws and these terms. Oriarc is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for the security of your account and any activity under it.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the service, engage in abuse, or violate others' rights.
• You remain responsible for content generated or uploaded through Oriarc.

Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change without notice.

5. Payments & Refunds

All Sales Are Final. Because Oriarc offers immediate access to digital intellectual property (architecture blueprints and prompts), customers acknowledge that they lose their right of withdrawal (the 14-day cooling-off period) immediately upon purchase or use of the service.

Refund Eligibility: We do NOT offer refunds for "change of mind" or "unsatisfactory results" due to the subjective nature of AI generation.

Exceptions: We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund ONLY if:

A technical error prevented the delivery of the service (e.g., double charge, system failure).

You contact us within 7 days of the incident.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oriarc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
